Whether you are a barista, café owner, or coffee enthusiast you can now gain an internationally recognised Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) qualification here in Guernsey. Our programs are designed to build practical skills, confidence, and aid career progression in the specialty coffee industry.

Training combines an approved curriculum with hands-on experience. We are limiting the courses to a maximum of 4 people to ensure you get sufficient time to improve your practical skills. SCA provide a wide range of courses, however we are initially focusing on 3 courses aimed at baristas and people who want to gain an understanding of where coffee comes from and how to make Espresso based drinks using an Espresso Machine.
